KATTOVIT Rein/Renal with Chicken for cats 85g

To support kidney function in cases of chronic kidney failure and to reduce the formation of oxalate stones, KATTOVIT Rein/Renal with Chicken for cats 85g has been specially formulated to provide cats with a reduced protein content, thanks to the use of high-quality proteins in an easily digestible composition. High protein levels can have a detrimental effect on the kidneys. The decisive factor is the protein content in relation to the amount of energy.

With Kattovit NIERE/RENAL, unlike traditional foods, only about half of the energy is provided by protein. The enrichment with potassium citrate has an alkalizing effect on the urine and can thus prevent the formation of oxalate crystals (oxalate prophylaxis). Phosphorus and sodium contents are reduced.

Additional physiological additives:

Vitamin A: 1,040 IU, Vitamin D3: 125 IU, Vitamin E (as all-rac-alpha-tocopheryl acetate): 20mg, Iron (as iron (II) sulfate, monohydrate): 40mg, Zinc (as zinc oxide): 28mg, Copper (as copper (II) sulfate, pentahydrate): 1.2mg, Manganese (as manganese (II) sulfate): 1mg, iodine (as potassium iodide): 0.6mg, taurine: 720mg.

Use of KATTOVIT Rein/Renal with Chicken for cats 85g:

• Cat's weight: 3kg: approx. 2-3 fresh pouches per day; 5kg: approx. 3-4 fresh pouches per day.
• It is recommended to seek veterinary advice before use or before extending the feeding period.
• Recommended feeding period: initially, up to 6 months.
• Please provide water freely.
• The amount of food may vary depending on age, activity, and breed.
