Payment Reminder

If you have received a payment reminder, it means an order is awaiting payment. Check your payment information in your customer area or contact us if you believe this is an error.

Forgot Password

Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link in a few minutes.

Change of "Purchase on Account" Provider

We work with selected providers for payment on account. If you wish to change your provider or have questions about this payment method, please contact us directly.

Vouchers / Discounts

Do you have a voucher or a discount code? Enter it in the designated field during checkout. Vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day (working days). Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

Order Reminder for Registered Customers

As a registered customer, you can view your order history in your customer area. If you need an order reminder or confirmation, contact our customer service with your order number.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Swiss Post tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on post.ch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Delivery is free for purchases of CHF 79.– or more. For smaller orders, a flat fee of CHF 6.90 applies.

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PayPal, and purchase on account. All payments are secure.

Problems during ordering, payment, etc.

If you encounter a problem during your order or payment, please clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem persists, contact us via our contact page describing the issue you are experiencing.

Prices

All our prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of confirming your order.

Ordering prescription pet food

Certain prescription pet foods require a veterinary prescription. If this is the case, we will contact you after your order to request the necessary documents. If in doubt, consult your veterinarian before ordering.

Returns / Product Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless there was an error on our part. Contact us before any return for instructions.
