We deliver throughout Switzerland. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day (working days). The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

Free delivery for purchases over CHF 79.–. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of CHF 6.90 applies. Free pickup is also available at our store in Geneva (Les Acacias).

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure, and prices include Swiss VAT.

Yes, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an unopened item in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@petshopping.ch before any return for instructions.
