FELIWAY Optimum - Application

Screw the vial onto the diffuser device and plug it into an electrical outlet. Then, plug the diffuser into the room where the cat spends the most time or where stress-related behavior occurs.

The pheromones will be dispersed into the ambient air by the vaporizer.

To provide your cat with the serenity and security it needs, leave the diffuser plugged in continuously. Finally, replace the vial approximately every 30 days.
Recommendation: check the diffuser every month and change it after 6 months of use for optimal effect.

The 48 ml vial lasts 4 weeks over an area of 50 to 70 m². For an area larger than 70 m² or a multi-story apartment, several diffusers are needed. A FELIWAY® Optimum refill vial (48 ml) is sufficient for an additional 30 days of use over 50 to 70 m² of living space.

How does FELIWAY Optimum work?

Cats interact with each other and the world around them through pheromones, a type of chemical messenger they naturally secrete. As a result, Feliway Optimum is a blend of feline pheromones that will produce messages of well-being and reassurance in your cat with unprecedented intensity. Furthermore, each cat produces its own pheromones to send messages to the environment and other cats.

You can use Feliway Optimum at all stages of your cat's life, from kitten to senior cat.

FELIWAY Optimum is only perceptible to cats. It has no effect on humans or other household animals, such as dogs.

To resolve cat behavior (urination or scratching), FELIWAY Optimum should be used for at least 2 additional weeks after the behavior stops. If it proves useful for cats (for example, in very sensitive cats), FELIWAY Optimum can, of course, be used permanently.

FELIWAY features:
