KATTOVIT Urinary with Chicken for Cats 85g

To reduce the recurrence of struvite stones (reappearance of struvite stones), KATTOVIT Urinary with chicken for cats 85g has been developed based on the latest scientific knowledge. To prevent the formation of struvite stones, which are common in FLUTD (= Feline lower urinary tract disease), the food's composition has been developed so that the cat's urine pH is clearly in the low range (6.4).

It contains DL-methionine and calcium sulfate as urine acidifiers and has a low magnesium content. For prevention, high digestibility and high energy density are also important.

Additional physiological additives:

Vitamin A: 1,040 IU, Vitamin D3: 125 IU, Vitamin E: 20mg, Iron (as iron(II) sulfate, monohydrate): 40mg, Zinc (as zinc oxide): 27mg, Copper (as copper(II) sulfate, pentahydrate): 1.2mg, Manganese (as manganese(II) sulfate): 1mg, Iodine (as potassium iodide, anhydrous): 0.6mg, Taurine: 580mg, DL-methionine: 1,200mg.

Use of KATTOVIT Urinary with Chicken for Cats 85g:

• Cat's weight: 3kg: approx. 2 fresh pouches per day; 5kg: approx. 3 fresh pouches per day.
• Feeding recommendation*: It is recommended to seek veterinary advice before use or extending the feeding period.
• Urinary undersaturation or metastable properties with regard to struvite and/or urine acidifying properties.
• Please provide water at will.
• Feeding period: initially up to 6 months.
• The amount of food may vary depending on age, activity, and breed.
