ROYAL CANIN Cat Urinary S/O is a complete dietetic feed for adult cats. Royal Canin Urinary S/O is formulated to support the treatment of urinary tract diseases, including the dissolution of struvite and calcium oxalate stones.

  • Idiopathic cystitis - Thanks to the high moisture content of our wet formula, Urinary S/O promotes the process of urine dilution. Since approximately 64% of cats with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) suffer from idiopathic cystitis, wet food is recommended for frequent cystitis.
  • Struvite stone dissolution - Urinary S/O effectively dissolves struvite stones.
  • Low RSS - Undersaturated urine is an environment where crystals cannot proliferate. Thus, the urine does not promote the development of struvite and calcium oxalate stones.
  • Urine dilution - Diluting the urine helps to decrease the urinary concentration of struvite and calcium oxalate stones. A greater urine volume also ensures frequent bladder emptying.
